Kimberly Kinser has been an EMT volunteer with QFR since 2019.  She was a first responder in the Coyle community and also worked closely with QFR C-shift during the pandemic years.  Her background includes public health, hospital administration, and long-term care facility management.  Her skills in long-term care for elders have been particularly applicable as she headed the Quilcene Fire CARES program started in 2023. CARES will celebrate its 2-year anniversary in July 2025, and it has been her pleasure to grow and expand CARES service in Quilcene to Brinnon and Discovery Bay.
