Quilcene Fire CARES (Community Assistance Referral & Education Services) is a free, non-emergency program. Our purpose is to support you in your goals of improved health and well-being by connecting you with the right health resources and services before an additional emergency arises.

A CARES team member will meet with you in your home to:

• Assess housing, community connections, transportation, food and medical access, and safety and care needs that may be stopping you from meeting your health and well-being goals.
• Follow up and follow through with your goals to completion and create new goals.
• Share available resources and make referrals to a variety of agencies and organizations.
• Support you through our CARES program discharge.

Quilcene Fire CARES serves Quilcene, Brinnon, and Discovery Bay. Olympic Connect is our care hub and partner in Jefferson, Clallam, and Kitsap counties.
